Usage Guidelines

• Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing
• Plug the light therapy controller for both the top and bottom sections of the pod to a wall outlet. Turn the power button on.
• Choose desired session time and brightness.
• Begin your session, relax, and enjoy the light therapy experience.
• The pod may warm up slightly during use due to the LEDs and your body’s heat. This is normal.
