Once you have placed your order, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns on most eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items that are opened, installed, wired, modified, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
- Original inbound and outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature or usage restrictions, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Dundalk Leisurecraft products
- Items designated as Final Sale on the product page due to safety, operational, or manufacturer-related restrictions. These items cannot be returned once delivered in order to ensure product integrity, user safety, and compliance with manufacturer standards.
All Final Sale items are clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns to cover inspection, processing, and handling costs.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Any re-consignment, re-delivery, or return shipping fees resulting from customer error (including incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or missed appointments) are the customer’s responsibility.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Return Process
- Email us at sales@puresaunastore.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason you are requesting a refund
- If there is damage, include clear images of it
- If your return request is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of approval.
Damages and Freight Issues
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, the packaging, the product name, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@puresaunastore.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Important: Photos and videos of freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival. Any visible signs of exterior damage, such as punctures, must also be reported within 24 hours for the freight damage claim to be valid.
