I bought this as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She tells me it is a very good product and she and her children are enjoying the Pod very much and use it frequently!

Pure Saunas was very responsive. Took a minute before shipment was processed however, they were able to get the Fenix controller I wanted before anyone else. Appreciate the follow though.
