How to Use

1. Clean and dry the target area of skin
2. Attach an adhesive ring to the LED side of the Dot, peel the backing, and press onto skin
3. Long-press the Hooga logo to power on
4. Tap to cycle between modes — red LEDs indicate red mode, blue LEDs indicate near-infrared, half-and-half indicates combo
5. The device shuts off automatically after 15 minutes
