Usage Guidelines

1. Place the mask over your face and align the eye, nose, and lip cut outs properly. Adjust tightness as necessary using back strap.
2. Plug the light therapy mask in to the controller. Make sure the controller is charged, and turn the mask on.
3. Choose desired wavelengths, session time, and pulse if desired.
