The ice bath offers optimized cleaning features. 24/7 water filtration and UV-light technology keep the bath ready for the next use, and with easy filter replacements, maintenance is more convenient. Water should be drained every 1-2 months for normal residential use, or as needed. Filters should be replaced every month for normal residential use, or as needed.

• The space should be a level floor that can withstand condensation from the system and repeated exposure to water as users enter and exit the bath.
• The space should have ample room for air flow and clearance, as the ice bath requires 3'—4' of ventilation on each side except the headrest side, requiring 2’ of ventilation. This space is required for both ventilation and accessibility.
• The space should have a GFCI-protected dedicated 120V outlet within 12’ of the desired placement of the ice bath. An extension cord is not recommended.
• The space should be able to accommodate the weight of the ice bath, 605 pounds dry and 1550 pounds with water and a user. After installation, the ice bath will be challenging to relocate and should not be moved without assistance.
• To take advantage of our complimentary white-glove delivery, the path to the space must include ceilings 92" or higher, including stairways. If stairs are needed, the stairs must allow for a platform at the bottom of the stairs of at least 54" in length. If the staircase is split, the middle landing ground must have a length of 65" to adequately rotate the bath. If an elevator is required, a service elevator with a minimum ceiling height of 92" and a depth of at least 54" must be available to accommodate the unit. If placed outdoors, the path leading to the desired space must be clear, flat, and packed (solid ground).
• Before purchasing, please confirm your space meets the ice bath requirements. If your space does not meet the requirements, delivery and installation may not be possible, and the unit will need to be returned. Please note: Kohler does not cover return shipping costs.

• Complimentary white-glove service is available for ground-level sites or locations accessible via one flight of stairs.
• On the day of the delivery, our logistics partner will place and level the unit and remove packaging materials. With support of the homeowner, our logistics team will initiate product setup.*
