Very happy with the sauna - looks great. Also very happy with the installation process through Pure Install - everyone from the office staff to the installers were very professional.

We love this sauna so much. Because of the size we had a bit of atime getting it to the basement and setting it up but we managed it in a few hours. So far it works great. Its so relaxing. The ordering and delivery was timely and uneventful. Waiting to hear on our fsa claim with a lmn thru the website. That process was quick and easy and hopefully we will get reimbursed.

We were looking for an entry level sauna, and the Maxxus Seattle 2 Person Near Zero EMF Far Infrared Sauna fit the bill perfectly. Shipping was smooth and on time, and we were very impressed with the quality of the packaging. Everything was extremely well protected and thoughtfully organized.
The sauna comfortably fits two people, and we have been very happy with all the features it offers. Setup is definitely a two person job, but my husband and I were able to do it ourselves without any issues. Overall, it is clear that Pure Saunas takes pride in both their products and the customer experience. We could not be happier and would absolutely recommend them.

Pure Saunas was very responsive. Took a minute before shipment was processed however, they were able to get the Fenix controller I wanted before anyone else. Appreciate the follow though.
