Delivery

This outdoor sauna kit is delivered via a specialized flatbed truck and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. Once your shipment reaches the final carrier terminal, the last-mile provider will contact you to coordinate a convenient date and time. The sauna arrives on a wooden pallet and is fully crated for maximum protection.

Please note: unloading this unit requires a forklift or crane, and the driver is responsible for "delivery only" and will provide limited assistance at the site. Before shipping, our team will reach out to confirm delivery logistics and review any special site conditions. In rare cases where non-standard deliveries are required, additional freight charges from the carrier may apply. We will always notify you in advance if any special arrangements are needed.
