Delivery

Due to the size and weight of this handcrafted sauna, delivery is scheduled by appointment and arrives securely packaged on a wooden pallet. Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only, lowering the shipment to ground level but not bringing it indoors. Before your order ships, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details and review any special site conditions. In rare cases where non-standard deliveries are required, additional freight charges from the carrier may apply. We will always notify you in advance if any special arrangements are needed.

Shipment Options

1. Standard Freight (LTL - Less Than Truckload)
Commonly used for compact and mid-sized saunas, allowing for secure shipping without needing a full truck.

2. Flatbed Truck Delivery
For larger sauna cabins that require more space and weight capacity. Flatbed trucks are used for these oversized deliveries.

How Your Sauna is Packaged

Your sauna kit will arrive securely packed on one or two pallets, depending on the model. We take great care to ensure it's protected during transit.

Setting Up Your Delivery Appointment

To make things easy, delivery is never a surprise. Once your shipment reaches the nearest freight terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time that works best for you. You’ll always know when to expect your sauna—no unannounced drop-offs.

During Delivery: What Happens

• Liftgate Included: The driver will use a liftgate to safely unload the sauna pallet(s) to ground level—no manual lifting required on your part.

• Curbside Drop-Off: Delivery is made to the closest curbside area accessible to the truck. Please note that this does not include bringing items to your door or inside your home.
