Delivery

This pre-assembled outdoor sauna is delivered via a specialized or flatbed truck and requires a scheduled delivery appointment. Once your shipment reaches the final carrier terminal, the last-mile provider will contact you to coordinate a convenient date and time. The sauna arrives on a wooden pallet and is fully crated for maximum protection.

Please note: unloading this unit requires a forklift or crane, and the driver is responsible for "delivery only" and will provide limited assistance at the site.
