The SaunaLife Model R3 is a freestanding outdoor barrel shower built from 1.65" thick Thermo-Spruce staves — the same material SaunaLife uses in their barrel saunas. Thermo-Spruce is chemical-free, dimensionally stable, and lasts significantly longer than cedar in outdoor conditions, making it one of the most durable materials available for an outdoor shower enclosure.

At 49.5" interior diameter and 83" interior height, the R3 is a spacious showering environment. A 7" chrome rain head overhead and a tethered handheld spray handle both hot and cold water. The channeled Thermo-Spruce floor pitches water toward integrated drainage grooves, with a removable floor mat sitting on top for comfort. Heavy-duty 1-7/8" wide stainless steel barrel bands compress the full-height staves into a solid, weatherproof structure. Handcrafted in Northern Europe and engineered for two-person DIY assembly in a single day.
