Usage Guidelines

1. Prep Your Space and Yourself: Lay the Red Light Therapy Full Body Pod on a clean, heat-safe surface. Use the pod with minimal clothing for best exposure.
2. Plug-In and Power Up: Connect both top and bottom section controllers into a wall outlet. Press the power button to turn the device on. 
3. Customize Your Session: Select your preferred time and brightness level. Zip into the pod, get comfy, and relax as the pod gently warms during your session. (Note: A slight warmth is normal —caused by the LEDs and your body heat.)
4. Cool Down and Clean Up: After your session, unplug the pod and allow it to cool completely. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth and store it safely for next time.
